Dear Colleagues,

You may have already settled back home by now after a very fruitful conference
at the S.N. Bose Centre.

Attached herewith I am sending all the files which you need to complete the
Proceedings which will be published as a Hard Copy (with B/W figures) as well
as an Online version (with colour figures).

Please note carefully:

(a) Please send all your contributions to blackhole08@bose.res.in
(b) Please name your tex/PDF/Doc file by your last name (six characters)
and your first and middle initial (e.g. chakrask.tex for me)
(c) Those who are confortable with Microsoft Word, may use the *.doc file
attached as an example. No page style/fonts etc. should be changed.
(d) Those who are comfortable with tex format may uncompress the tar.gz
file attached (by using gunzip in Linux, say) and use the tex file
(smirnova.tex) as an example. Please do not change the study/font/width/height
in any way.
(e) Always attach the WHOLE set of files as a tar compressed file along with the
PDF file which you think is how the manuscript should finally look. There
could be miro changes while the papers are compiled finally, but the
effort will be made to make the fine version look as close to your PDF file as
possible.
(f) The papers will be refereed, mostly by the senior participants of the
conference. Please read carefully to eliminate any syntex/grammatical
errors and typos.
(g) The STRICT DEADLINE is 15th of June, 2010.  We must have time to
referee, arrange the papers are other formalities before the book goes
to press. I REQUEST that all the manuscripts be sent by 30th May, if possible.
(h) The Page limit: There is no strict page limit, but the following
is suggestive: Invited speakers (40min to 1hr or more) 25-30 pages.
Speakers talking for 20min-30min, the limit is 20 pages and for the rest, the
limit is 4-6 pages.
(i) Dr. Parel did not attend the meeting, but she is invited to write a
review also based on her experience in mathematical science of the subject.
(j) The book is 6 inch x 9inch format and the page limits are based on
that. Please do not change the format.
(k) All the participants will receive a hardcopy of the book by
mail after approximately 3 months of our shipping the material to
AIP publisher.
(l) ALL THE FIRST AUTHORS MUST FILL the copyright form attached. Write
by pen, sign it below and then scan and send the scanned file after
renaming the file as TOC_YOURNAME.PDF OR TOC_YOURNAME.JPG.
