1. All the invited participants (including invited speakers and contributed speakers) will be given accommodation at SNBNCBS guest house.
2. Lunch and Dinner will be provided at the conference venue.
3. For partial travel assistance please fill in the registration form. There would be very limited fund for this.
4. A modest amount of money will be charged during the conference registration, for those participants who wants to avail  the Sundarban tour.
