PLEASE FOLLOW THESE
GUIDELINES:
(a) Payment of
Registration fees: The registration
fee can be paid
by December 21st, 2007 by either of the following options:
(i) Bank Trasfer: Through the SWIFT code (Code required for bank
transfer of funds) No. UTIBINBB002 payable to "Black Hole
Conference 2008" account No. 025010100337847 of Axis Bank, Salt
Lake, Kolkata. Indian Participants can send a DD in the
name of
"Black Hole Conference 2008", payable to Axis Bank, Salt
Lake.
(ii)
Credit Card: Please
email an authorisation letter on institutional letter head and properly
signed (as in credit card) and scanned copy authorising S.
N. Bose National
Centre for Basic Sciences to
debit
appropriate amount (please mention the exact
amount, e.g., for registration $300) and mention your credit card details (e.g., number, name as in credit
card, card type (visa/master/amex), period of validity, etc) along with
the registration form. Please fax of
this authorisation letter to 0091 33 2335 3477, attention Black hole
conference.
(iii) Demand
draft: Please
send a scanned copy by e-mail and send the draft by a registered post
to
S.N. Bose Centre's address (attn: Prof. S.K. Chakrabarti).
(b) Since
we plan to have active participants, we cannot accomodate
each and everyone wishing to attend. If you are a graduate student
doing Ph.D., please
contact us with your publication record ahead of time to ensure that we
accept your
participation. In these cases, we definitely need a recommendation
letter from your
supervisor. Our total target participant number is 100 only.
(c)
In general, if you never contacted us before or vice versa, we
would prefer that you contact us stating your interest first. After we
give 'go ahead' you can proceed to
register and pay.
(d)
There would a poster session starting from the evening of the 13th
February, 2008. These must be taken out by the Morning
of the 15th Feb. Selected posters presenters will present 5 (4+1)
minute duration talks
Please Note that there will be the Main Programme as scheduled (10-15th
February, 2008) and a Satellite Meeting on Black holes, Neutron Stars
and Gamma Ray
Bursts during 15th-17th of February, 2008.
Those willing to attend the Main Programme please fill
this

by e-mail to blackhole08@bose.res.in with the subject heading "Main
Programme"
Students and Young Research Scholars are also encouraged to stay back
for this two day Meeting where intense discussions would be carried
out. In Addition to the
above Registration form, they will have to complete the following
file
as well. Please send this with subject heading "satellite". The local
hospitalities will be paid by the organizers.
