The accommodation of all participants (requiring accommodation) will be arranged in Park Panchawati Resort (the             conference venue) during the conference days.

            The participants need to arrive Kolkata on 10-th November.

            The accommodation for 10-th Nov. will be arranged at S.N.Bose Centre's guest house.

            On 11-th Nov. morning all participants will be transfered from S.N.Bose Centre to Park Panchawati.
