How to apply:
We invite abstract for poster presentation from interested participants including PhD students and postdocs. Please send an application to epcqs18@bose.res.in along with a brief CV. All applications must be accompanied by an abstract. The abstract should be of less than 200 words, written in plain ASCII, preferably in latex format, attached with the e-mail. The closing date for application is December 31, 2017.
For PhD students and postdocs, one letter of recommendation should be sent to the above email address by the referee before the closing date.
An email notification will be sent to all selected participants. They will have to pay a registration fee of 2500 INR at the conference venue at the time of registration.
The outstation participants are requested to arrange for their own travel fund. A limited number of travel supports (only within India) may be made available for those who cannot find an alternative funding source. Accommodation will be provided to all outstation participants.
**The invited participants need not apply and need not pay any registration fee.
