The XX^th International Workshop on the Physics of Semiconductor Devices (IWPSD 2019) is being jointly organized by the S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Kolkata and Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in collaboration with Society for Semiconductor Devices and in association with Semiconductor Society (India). This series of biennial workshops, started in 1981, provides a global forum for interaction between scientists and technologists working in the area of semiconductor materials and devices. The XIX workshop held in December 2017 at IIT Delhi was attended by about 600 delegates.

Registration fee for workshop is applicable for all the participants including the plenary/ invited speakers. It includes a copy of Workshop Proceedings, Lunch and Dinner on conference days and Invitation to Cultural Programme and Workshop Banquet.

Registration for tutorial is separate and available with a fee of US $50 for foreign participants and Rs 1000/- for indian participants.
